How we write
Each page is written in our own words for people dealing with a fire in Mesa, aiming to explain what usually happens and what to ask rather than to promote any company or service.
Factual statements rely on public sources such as federal agencies, the American Red Cross, the National Weather Service, the NFPA and Arizona state agencies. Each page lists its sources, and numbered markers in the text point to them.
Accuracy matters more to us than length.

What we do not publish
We do not publish invented reviews, ratings, licence numbers, years in business, promises about response times or any claim we cannot verify. Contractors reached through this line are independent and are not described as our staff.
Nothing here is legal, insurance, medical or engineering advice. When a source moves or disappears, we replace it with a current source that supports the same point or rewrite the statement. Sentences are kept short and the most useful answer comes first.
Pages are dated in their structured data and reviewed when guidance changes.
